1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Rebirth mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Thinslate Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Rebirth App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.1 License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a lifetime purchase option through Apple's In-App Purchase system, processed by RevenueCat.

3.1 Payment

All purchases are processed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Lifetime Access

The lifetime purchase provides permanent access to premium features for as long as the App is available and supported. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees.

3.3 Refunds

All purchases are final. Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

4. User Accounts

The App does not require user accounts. All data is stored locally on your device, and purchase information is managed through your Apple ID.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through the App, including but not limited to affirmations, text, images, designs, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Thinslate Labs LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1 Limited Use of Content

Affirmations and quotes provided in the App are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit the content without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the App for any purpose
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results obtained from the use of the App will be accurate or reliable

8. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

The affirmations and content provided in the App are for inspirational and motivational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THINSLATE LABS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thinslate Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our privacy practices.

12. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Delaware.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thinslate Labs LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
