Privacy Policy — Rebirth

This Privacy Policy explains how Thinslate Labs, LLC ("Thinslate Labs", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Rebirth iOS app (the "App"). Rebirth is designed to be private by default: it works offline and does not require an account.

Information we collect

Your preferences and content — stored on your device. The themes you select, your chosen font and background, and any affirmations you add yourself are saved locally on your device (including in a shared app group so the home-screen widget can display them). This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Purchase status. When you buy lifetime access or a subscription, Apple processes the payment. We use RevenueCat to validate the purchase and manage your access. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous app-user identifier and receives the App Store receipt confirming your entitlement. We do not receive your name, email, or payment card details.

Rebirth does not require sign-in, and it does not collect your location, photos, contacts, health data, or browsing activity. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

How we use information

To deliver affirmations and remember your preferences and custom quotes on your device.
To verify your purchase and unlock the features you've paid for.
To operate, maintain, debug, and improve the App.
To comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what's needed to run the App:

Apple — for purchases and subscription billing.
RevenueCat — to validate purchases and manage entitlements on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data retention and deletion

Your preferences and custom affirmations live on your device. You can remove custom quotes at any time in Settings → Your Quotes, and deleting the App removes all locally stored data. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained as needed to manage entitlements and meet legal and accounting requirements. To request deletion of any purchase data associated with your anonymous identifier, email contact@thinslatelabs.us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.

International users

We operate in the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., you understand any limited purchase information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
