1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Thinslate Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Rebirth mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The Rebirth app does not collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Usage analytics or app behavior data
• Location data
• Device information beyond what's required for app functionality
• Browsing history or search queries
• Affirmation preferences or reading history
• Any other personal data from your use of the app

3. Local Data Storage

All app settings and preferences are stored locally on your device using:

• App Group Preferences: Your selected categories, font choices, and background preferences are stored locally on your device to enable widget functionality. This data never leaves your device.
• UserDefaults: iOS standard storage for app settings, stored only on your device.

We have no access to this locally stored information, and it is not transmitted to us or any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 RevenueCat (Purchase Processing)

For in-app purchase processing and subscription management, we use RevenueCat, a third-party service. RevenueCat may collect and process certain information to facilitate purchases and manage entitlements:

Information RevenueCat May Collect:

• Device Identifiers: Apple's Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) to link purchases to devices
• Purchase History: Information about your in-app purchases for validation and entitlement management
• App User ID: Anonymous identifiers to track purchase status across devices

How RevenueCat Uses This Information:

• Validating and restoring purchases
• Managing entitlements and access to premium features
• Preventing fraud and unauthorized access
• Providing analytics to us about purchase patterns (aggregated, non-personal data only)

4.2 Apple App Store

When you make a purchase through the App Store, Apple processes your payment and collects information according to Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

5. Widgets and iOS Integration

The app uses iOS widgets that display affirmations on your home screen. Widget data is shared between the app and widget using Apple's App Groups feature. This data:

• Stays entirely on your device
• Is not transmitted to our servers or any third party
• Includes only the current affirmation text and your category preferences
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the app

6. No Tracking or Analytics

We do not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or similar technologies. We do not track:

• How often you open the app
• Which affirmations you read
• How long you use the app
• Which features you use

7. No Advertising

The app does not display advertisements and does not share any information with advertising networks.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

9. Data Security

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, your information is as secure as your device. We recommend:

• Keeping your device's operating system up to date
• Using a secure device passcode
• Being cautious about granting app permissions

10. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal information for us to access, modify, or delete. All app data is stored locally on your device and can be removed by:

• Uninstalling the app
• Resetting your device settings

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Providing in-app notification for material changes

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. International Users

The App is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that any locally stored information will be stored on your device in your location. We do not transfer any data across borders as we do not collect data on our servers.

13. California Privacy Rights

Under California law (CCPA), California residents have certain rights regarding their personal information. However, since we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, these provisions do not apply to our App.
